The LPxx.32EP series washing and weighing platform is designed for direct street-level access, eliminating the need for ramps or gradients. This design enhances the safety and speed of loading and unloading operations, improving vehicle flow and reducing the risk of accidents. The flush-to-ground access also simplifies vehicle alignment, optimizing the accuracy of washing and weighing operations.

The system features a closed-loop washing cycle, allowing the recycling of water used during operations, significantly reducing water consumption while complying with environmental standards. Thanks to this technology, contaminated water is collected in the decantation tank, where it is treated to remove contaminants such as asbestos, hydrocarbons, and sludge. Once clarified, the water is reused for subsequent washing cycles, making the system particularly suitable for environments with high water demand.

The system is equipped with a storage and decantation tank with a capacity ranging from 16 to 48 m³, depending on the selected configuration. This above-ground tank simplifies maintenance operations and ensures efficient treatment of both liquid and solid waste. Integrated functionalities include a floating oil separator for oil removal, a sludge extraction chain with a gear motor, and scraper blades with adjustable incidence, ensuring the automatic removal of sludge and other solid contaminants. The tank also features a dedicated section for clear water management and an anti-seizing system to protect moving parts, making the entire treatment process both reliable and sustainable.

The EP series can be configured to support higher loads, with options for axle capacities exceeding 30 tons and an adjustable platform width. This capability makes the system suitable for heavy-duty applications and extra-heavy vehicles in complex industrial environments.

The LPxx.32EP series is available in two standard platform lengths for washing and weighing: 14 meters and 18 meters, with customization options for tailored configurations. This flexibility allows users to select the optimal setup based on available space and operational requirements. The platform, fully hot-dip galvanized, is designed to handle a maximum load of up to 60 tons in its standard version, while advanced configurations can support over 30 tons per axle. With an adjustable width ranging from 3.2 meters to over 5 meters, the system safely accommodates large vehicles, making it suitable for a wide range of operational environments.

The LPxx.32EP system includes advanced automation options that enable remote monitoring and management via TcConnect and PC Truck. This allows every stage of operations to be controlled directly from a PC, smartphone, or tablet, ensuring continuous supervision and minimizing the need for manual intervention. Features such as automatic license plate recognition and an adjustable activation sensor enhance operational accuracy and efficiency, streamlining vehicle flow and improving traceability.
